Do I have to order online?
This is the safest and most secure method of paying.
We are also happy to take your order over the phone, please contact us where our team will be happy to help you.
There might be certain products and promotions not available when ordering over the phone, but we can usually advise on suitable alternatives. Before contacting us please make sure you have your list of product you'd like to buy ready, preferably Product Code.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.
How do I know that you have received my order?
After you hit the Submit button you will receive a message confirming the Order ID. You will also receive an email as confirmation that the order has been placed. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this email to arrive. A second email will be sent once your order has been completed & dispatched.
Can I make changed to my order or cancel it?
Unfortunately, once you’ve submitted your order it is not possible to amend any details or cancel the order. Please bear in mind we don’t accept returns.
I’ve received an incorrect or faulty item?
All good are thoroughly checked by us before dispatch and we advise you to do the same once you receive the delivery & before signing it. However, in the event you do find a damage, pleas return it to the courier immediately & we will arrange for your full refund and the delivery costs within 48 hours (in the case where there is only 1 in stock of that item). If you prefer we can offer a replacement (where there is 2 in stock of that item), or another item for the same value.
What if an item is Out of Stock?
If an item is out of stock, we'll happily send you an e-mail when it's back in stock.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Colombo Metro Limits –(1-15) & certain outstation area..

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No we don’t, as we require a signature & checking when goods are delivered.
How much does delivery costs?
Delivery is Rs. 250 within Colombo Metro Limits (1 To 15).

How long will delivery take?
We will deliver within 48 hours.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm, so please ensure there is access to the delivery address at all times during this period. You will be contacted before the delivery.
Will a signature be needed for my delivery?
Yes, as it’ll be proof the goods have been delivered and checked by customer.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Please contact us and we can investigate further, and if necessary action a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
How can I pay for my order?
Cash on Delivery (only to certain areas)
Do you have a catalogue?
No, we don’t print a catalogue.
Do you have a shop?
No we don’t, we only have collection points in wellewatta and rajagiriya where you can view our products on request.
